Psyecology, Bilingual Journal of Environmental Psychology has been included in Scopus of Elsevier, the world’s largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, and possibly the most important, along with the Web of Knowledge, of Thomson Scientific/Institute for Scientific Information (ISI).

The Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB) of Scopus includes these comments in their admission communication:

"Our reviewers were impressed with the quality of your journal. Your articles are well cited. You have an international board of editors who are fairly well cited. You provide a nice outlet for research on environmental psychology. We wish you much success."

For a journal so recently established (surely due to the previous, outstanding work by the authors and the editorial board in this new stage and in the previous one as Medio Ambiente y Comportamiento Humano), such an early inclusion in such a prestigious database as Scopus depicts a very promising future.

The bilingual character of this publication will undoubtedly facilitate its diffusion in the years to come, which may represent a much deserved head start to the true core of its expansion potential: the quality of its authors and editorial board.

From FIA we congratulate Psyecology's authors and editorial board for this significant advance in the path of quality scientific publishing,  and encourage authors and researchers from the field of environmental psychology worldwide to submit their manuscripts to this young but already prestigious journal.
