Fundación Infancia y Aprendizaje launches in 2010 the journal Psyecology, Bilingual Journal of Environmental Psycology. This new publication, the first bilingual journal of environmental psychology in the world, is a perfect fit for our line of periodicals, and covers an increasingly relevant niche in psychology in the world at large, and especially in the Latin American arena.

Psyecology is the first of our journals to capture what here at FIA we believe is the new road of scientific publication. Conscious of the importance of English as "lingua franca" in science, but faithful to our principles of defending Spanish as language for scientific communication, we decided that this journal was to be published in an entirely bilingual edition.

Psyecology's editorial board, formed by outstanding, international representatives of environmental psychology, admits manuscripts in both English and Spanish, works that upon positive review will be translated and published in both languages.

In this manner, we guarantee, on the one hand, maximum visibility to authors that otherwise would see the diffusion of their works restricted to one of both language's areas of influence, and on the other hand, we eliminate the obstacles that beset readers and researchers who, although interested in environmental psychology published in very different parts of the world, are proficient only in one of both languages.
